Common Parcel

Privacy policy

The association owns its records. We process them on your behalf to run the platform.

Who owns the records

The association retains full ownership of its records. Common Parcel processes ledgers, governing documents, owner rosters, meeting minutes, and operational files to provide software and administrative tools to your board and residents.

Website analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics (tag ID G-H6PRXV1WLS) to record page visits, browser types, device categories, and session statistics. Google Analytics stores a client identifier in first-party cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish distinct sessions.

We use this data to understand site usage and improve performance. Visitors can manage or block cookies through their browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Server access logs

Web hosting and content delivery infrastructure generate technical connection logs recording IP addresses, request timestamps, requested URLs, and HTTP status codes. These logs are used for technical diagnostics, platform stability, and abuse prevention.

Payment processing and bank custody

Dues and assessment payments are processed through Stripe via connected accounts. Financial transaction details and payment card information are processed directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance standards. Common Parcel does not store credit card numbers, bank account logins, or hold association balances.

Data isolation and access boundaries

  • Bank custody: Dues deposit directly into the association depository bank account through its connected Stripe account.
  • Scoped resident access: Homeowners only view records, assessments, and notices relevant to their owned lots.
  • Staff support boundary: Association records are separated by account. Technical support access by staff through the platform administrative console is restricted, recorded, and audited in platform access logs.
  • Attributed records: Supported governance actions, notices, dues entries, and board approvals are stored with attributed timestamps and officer identity records.

Data export, retention, and deletion

An export of financial ledgers, documents, meeting minutes, and timestamped activity records with an archive manifest report is available at any time, including when closing an account.

Associations may request account closure and record deletion upon written request from authorized board officers.
