Month-to-month subscription terms for self-managed associations.
Subscription and billing
- Month-to-month: Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contract requirement.
- Published rate card: Pricing follows the published graduated bracket schedule, with a $10 monthly minimum.
- Setup and migration: Onboarding and roster and document migration are included with service.
Cancellation and data export
An association may cancel service in any billing cycle. Financial ledgers, governing documents, meeting minutes, and timestamped activity records with an archive manifest report remain exportable by the association.
Platform scope and legal disclaimer
Common Parcel provides administrative, recordkeeping, and workflow software. Common Parcel is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or formal legal representation.
Statutory citations and document references are provided for operational guidance. Formal statutory actions (such as notices, fines, and lien filings) require verified approval and signatures from authorized board officers.
